I finished this quilt yesterday. I cut each T-shirt block 16x20 so, after stitching, the quilt measures 72x98”.
It’s too big for a good picture, but you can still see how great it turned out. The red backing/ binding fabric brought everything together nicely

It’s always fun making Halloween costumes - especially when you have no idea what the character is! I worked off a photo and made the pants from solid blue satin ironing on lots of gold stars cut out with my scan n cut machine. The vest was solid blue so I covered one side with white. The parents made the mask and did the finishing touches.

I’ve had helpers feed our dogs while my husband is in the hospital so I decided to put names on their dog bowls using vinyl and my Scan n Cut machine

My latest toy is a Brother Scan n Cut. It’s an amazing machine (the manual is 125 pages long). I found You Tube videos to be the most helpful. Here’s my first project using heat transfer vinyl. Took me a few attempts but finally got it right. I used gold vinyl because I go to a Zumba Gold class

This was a challenging project. My client asked me to make a pleated cover for her 6’ long table. She chose a beautiful green print with horizontal stripes but wanted the drop to be vertical. I pieced together the top matching the design and then matched the front to the top and matched the pleats so everything flowed nicely
She was very pleased with the result

My client wanted to add some “pop” color to a chair and ottoman at their beach condo and chose a great fabric for that. The zipper on the original ottoman cover was installed at mid center making it almost impossible to remove the 5” thick foam. Knowing that was problematic I installed the new zipper around the bottom inside edge “suitcase style” making a flap opening.
As you can see from the picture the fit was nice and tight.
