Marie and I are coming together for an evening of renewal, reflection & resilience at Maunalua Love Sanctuary.

The Harvest Moon symbolizes the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new phase, inviting introspection and aligning. It is often tied to self-love and nurturing. A time to assess what lessons have been learned and what needs to be released before moving forward into this next season.

The orientation is not.

Don't.

Let it be empty.
Let your body catch up to what your soul already knows.
After all the releasing,
the clearing,
the what the f**k just happened of it all.

We ground.
We listen.
We notice what remains.

And here's what I keep coming back to:
Get the hit. Take the step.

Just one step that tells your soul, I heard you.

Tonight, step outside beneath the eclipse.

Put both feet on the earth.

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Take a slow breath in through your nose. Hold. Then exhale through your mouth and let your body soften.

Do it three times.

On the final exhale, look toward the night and ask:

WHAT HAVE I BEEN ASKING TO SEE…
THAT I KEEP PRETENDING
I HAVEN’T ALREADY BEEN SHOWN?

Don't chase an answer.

Don't negotiate with it 😂

Just stand there long enough to hear what you already know.

The dark doesn't always hide things.

This clearing frequency is aligned with the collective energy right now. So many people are exhausted beneath the surface. Holding too much. Pushing too hard. Running on responsibility, overstimulation, caregiving, emotional labor, uncertainty.

to sit in stillness, to soften, to exhale,
this is sacred space is a place to land.

These sessions are gentle, sacred containers
where you are welcome exactly as you are.
Whether you are moving through grief, stress, transition, or simply feeling the weight of life, you don’t have to carry it alone.
This is space to slow down, to listen, and to allow the body and spirit to ground.

Each session is intuitively guided and may include: breath guidance to support your nervous system, sound healing with crystal and brass bowls, chimes, and various subtle sounds... energy clearing and cleansing, burning bowl and intention setting rituals, prayer, oracle card or other aligned readings, or simply quiet, supportive presence.

Come release what you’ve been holding and gently call forward what is ready for you. There is nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to fix. Just a grounding return to yourself.

This work is rooted in care, compassion, and accessibility. Sessions may be held 1:1 or in a group, and are available in person, virtually via Zoom, phone or even text.

I believe that healing and safety should be available to those who need it, regardless of financial circumstance, and I am always open to working with you in a way that feels aligned and supportive. And there is never, ever a charge for prayer 🙏🏽
