From full-service embroidery and screen printing to DTF printing, laser etching, and wide-format printing for banners, stickers, and signs – we do it all! What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the production of decorated apparel, sorting and preparing orders
- Operate air-powered heat presses to apply custom transfers with precision
- Ensure accuracy and quality control at every stage
- Create and maintain client web stores and develop fresh designs
- Respond to customer needs promptly and professionally
- Take on projects and see them through with desired outcomes in specific timeframes

What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced production setting
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow
- High sense of urgency and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and online tools like Canva is a plus
- Experience in web content creation is a plus
