If not me, then who?

This is me owner and brand creator of Refuz Nation - J. Jones Jr.

I had NO intentions of a doing 10k run because the last time I ran a 10k was in 2010 my last year in the US Army. Even when my wife first asked me to train with her I was like NOPE!

But then it clicked, the day before the run I was picking up her packet and the warrior inside me kicked in when I seen all those people getting their packets and I signed up.

I created the “No Allies” theme line to encourage and remind people that no one can do it for you. Every battle, mission, challenge, goals requires YOU AND ONLY YOU - NO ALLIES!!

We came, we saw, we conquered the 10k today in Richmond. Rocking the “ No Allies” tanks simply because both of us had to finish on our own 💪
