It is with a heavy heart that we must announce Mashek's will be closing it's doors permanently in the near future. We will remain open for pickups only for the time being. Jerry is worn down, and operating the store has become too much, understandably so. Mashek's has been a part of the Hopkins community for almost 110 years. 5 generations of Mashek's have owned and operated the store. Our family will remain active in Hopkins in different ways. We are sad to announce this, however all great things come to an end.

Not only are we finally on Social Media, but today we received yet another 5.0 star rating on Yelp! Thank you all, for your continued support!

"I've been a loyal customer for many years and trust them with my finest garments. Neiman Marcus uses their services and recommended them highly, which is definitely impressive.

There is no smell of cleaning fluid, clothes are impeccably hung and perfectly cleaned. I have a few garments with gold tone buttons, which were covered during the cleaning process to prevent damage. I have never had a stain that hadn't been removed, and they do a lovely job on silk scarves.

This is a family owned and operated business that has been around for many years. They have pride in their service and value their customers. I wish that all businesses operated that way.

This is not a bargain cleaners, understand you are getting what you pay for. The last time I was there they still didn't accept credit cards. I'm not sure if they have changed their policy. I'm fine with the fact that they don't want to deal with the transaction fees of doing business. They are well worth going to the ARM and getting cash. I'd much rather know that my trusted merchant is benefitting from every penny that I pay for the great service that it provides."
