Mad Dog In The Attic, Vintage Store

Mad Dog In The Attic, Vintage Store Vintage Authentic Clothing for Women & Men. Here you'll find vintage classic threads spanning 100 years. I have always had a love for things a little older.

I think there's something to be said about

growing up in a house with overstated wallpaper in large vibrant prints and marigold and avocado porcelain amenities. It was a sad day when the shag carpet in the basement finally got replaced with a more modern tightly woven one. Whether it be the timeless fashion of 40's or 50's when women really started to take on the workforce, a glimpse into the day

s of woodstock or the polyester and sequins that took over the 70's and 80's I have always been drawn to that something special...that something with a story; a little piece of history. I have been collecting vintage clothing for as long as I can remember. I knew I was hooked when one day I was cleaning my grandmothers attic and discovered a vast collection of furs and designer dresses from her days in Brooklyn as a young adult. I am forever looking for the next special piece and as my ever-expanding collection grows I have began to put some of it up for sale on Etsy so the next generation, the next vintage lover can enjoy the clothes that I have adored for so long.
