Good Morning Ooh La La Customers,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, some of you are still waiting on pre-order items that I have not received. Unfortunately, two boxes were lost in transit, and the distributor has continued to ask me to wait to see if they would eventually arrive.

At this point, I can no longer wait for a resolution. I will be reaching out to each of you individually through inbox regarding your order.

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. This situation is extremely frustrating, and it was never my intention for any customer to experience such a delay. I have done everything I could to work with the distributor, but I feel this could have been resolved properly over a month ago.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of Ooh La La. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and will be contacting affected customers as soon as possible.
