Today's my anniversary!

Today my husband and I are celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary 🖤

It's wild to think we've been together this long and even though we struggle, I love the life we've built together.

We dont have any plans for the day since we can't really afford to do anything but I'm hoping to get outside for a little bit and then make us a delicious dinner.

We've made it through 16 years together, here's to forever 🥂

Want to know how easily excitable I am?

Went to rethread my serger and noticed this little spot for my tweezers 😂😂 I immediately texted my mother in law who taught me how to sew (some of yall may know her as Stitched by Grandma) because I knew she'd understand my excitement lol.

Sewing up some Halloween ringer tees today!

Today is trying to be one of those days where nothing goes right but I refuse to let it!

I'm moving slow but still getting things done. Just printed a few patterns to cut and get a few things sewn up. Sometimes starting from scratch sucks. I hate taping patterns 😂

Thats ok though, I only have to do it once per size lol. What do you have going on today?

How I use my jar grippers!

10/08/2026

Anyone still shopping for Halloween outfits for their kiddo?

I was thinking of spending the next day or two sewing up some ringer tees and joggers. Any size requests?

Fun fact!

In order to get the jar grippers to move through my sawing machine without getting stuck, I sew them to a piece of paper! That way there is a later between the machine and the grippy material.

I could probably use interfacing or something meant to be torn off but we have an abundance of notebooks in this house so I figured I'd use what I have to keep costs down.

New batch of jar grippers coming to the site tomorrow 🫶🫶
