But there is nothing like being in the same room.

Asking real questions.
Digging into the how.
Talking through classroom moments that don’t fit in a caption.
Learning from each other face-to-face.

That’s why we’re creating something different.

Hi — we’re Stephanie (owner of PRIMA Dance & Movement Boutique) and Melissa (owner of The Dancing House), and we believe dance educators in the Midwest deserve in-person professional development that is thoughtful, practical, and collaborative.

So we’re starting it right here in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Not a huge convention.
Not surface-level tips.
But intentional, hands-on teacher education designed to help dance educators:

✔ Win in the classroom
✔ Build confident, strong dancers
✔ Lead with clarity
✔ And help studio owners thrive

Because when teachers feel confident, dancers feel it.
And when classrooms are strong, studios become sustainable.

We are inviting dance studios across the Midwest to join us as we launch Above the Barre, Dance Teacher Education, a space where educators can grow together.

This is about raising the bar. Together.
