1. We WILL NOT accept worn, or defective merchandise, or accept returns without price tags.
2. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without the original sales/gift receipt or packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
3. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase o

f dated receipt and will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. If original form of payment is not available, a merchandise credit* will be issued.
4. Returns with Gift receipts can be returned within 7 days from original purchase.
5. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without the original sales receipt, or without tags. Exchanges can be processed for the same item/color in a different size.

***Retro Game Buzz Return Policy***

1. Electronics, Game Systems, Monitors, handheld or other, gaming headsets, etc. can be returned up to 3 days from original date on receipt, as long as they are in the original packaging (including any manuals, cables and/or accessories in working, sellable condition. Any scratches, marks or tampering will void your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any opened or defective products that looks tampered with. Any signs of tampering will void the returns.
2. Returns will not be accepted without original receipt, No Exceptions. New items that don’t meet your expectations can be returned within 7 days with receipt in the original packaging (including any manuals, cables and/or accessories in working, sellable condition.
