I love coaching basketball. It brings me so much joy. It honestly surprised me. I didn’t know what I was getting into and I really signed up to volunteer so that my son would feel more comfortable about being on the court and trying something new. Coaching four year olds is hilarious and sometimes trying but it’s the best part of my Saturday.

Last week we took a magical trip to Florida. We spent one day at Disney, one at the Tampa zoo and one day hanging at the pool. When we were at dinner the night before going to Disney our waitress told us that she was so glad we were taking the kids when they were little because she loves looking at photos of her at Disney and thinking about how special it was for her parents to have taken her. It was a nice perspective since we hear a lot about how silly it is to travel with little kids since they won’t remember the trips. Maybe not but we do and they will have photos to look back on 💕
