The standard flatware drawer has one color. Maybe even mixed and not matching when the table requires 4 or more people.
What do they look like? Usually silver. Usually forgettable.

The Bistrot collection from Sabre Paris has twenty-six. Spreaders starting at $16. Four and five piece flatware sets in shiny or vintage finish from $74. Chopsticks at $30. Cheese knives at $37. All of it in the same resin handle, the same French-made stainless steel, and colorways that range from ivory and light khaki to raspberry, tomato, and lapis blue. The table does not have to be forgettable. This is where that starts.

A wall without art is not a neutral decision. It is just a wall. Egg Shell White or a color of your dreams. The difference a single original art piece makes is harder to explain than it is to feel. The room gets an anchor. The furniture stops floating. The space starts to read like someone lives in it and has a point of view about it. "Spun" by Pauline DeCarmo is that kind of piece.
