It’s been a minute since I’ve been on this page. For a while I’ve been struggling with understanding my purpose for the She Experienced brand. I’ve been in a space of uncertainty and usually when I’m in that space, I turn to God and wait to hear from Him before moving.
I just shared in my newsletter that I made the tough decision to temporarily close the merch side of my brand as I focus on my family and new career in real estate. It wasn’t an easy decision because I genuinely love making merch as it has been a passion of mine.
Since I was younger I’ve always explored my many talents. I was always involved in so many things and carried that same work ethic into adulthood. But recently God told me in this season I needed to take some things off my plate and rest in some areas. We know for everything there is a season. I didn’t love the idea of that because like I said, I’m so used to do multiple things at the same time. But 1 Samuel 15:22 reminds us that obedience is better than sacrifice and I have learned many times over that things always turn out better than I imagined when I choose obedience 🙌🏽
So, this is not a good-bye or an end to the She Experienced brand. I’m just going back to the beginning of how this brand started and that’s with sharing email devotionals and inspirational/encouraging posts here on social media.
