Here are some answers to some FAQ's to go ahead and get on your calendars!

1) Commission Checks - Issued via eCheck by end of day on Thursday, March 12 - We'll send a digital check to the email address on record with your registered consignor account. The estimated earnings report we've been uploading to your portal throughout the sale approximately coincides with the estimated amount of your commission check.

2) Seller Reports - Not yet available for the Spring 2026 sale - Final reports will be generated and uploaded prior to pickup day and will be accessible through your consignor portal.

3) Pickup Day - Friday, March 13, 9a-7p - We'll have your remaining clothes and non-clothing items sorted out for you to pick up between 9:00am and 7:00pm. You are welcome to send a proxy to pick up your items (remember that checks are now emailed, so no checks are picked up on-site), just make sure they know your consignor number and what they need to do. If you do not plan to pick up your items, message us with your consignor number and a "confirm donate" note. NOTE: Juniors/Young Men's & Maternity may not be sorted all the way to your individual number.

4) Fall Sale - Location and dates TBD - We are talking with our current landlord as well as several commercial agents and praying for favor. We realize y'all would like as much heads up as possible to prepare, so we will keep you posted as we know more. Fall sale registration with TBD dates will open in April so you can start printing tags and preparing your items.

🎉Consignors! Friday, March 13, between 9a-7p is Pickup Day for your unsold items! This is your ONLY chance to get them!🎉

When you arrive, we can direct you towards your things. All items except juniors/young men's are sorted to your number (and those items are grouped by 1000's so you can flip through and find them easily). You need to check three places:

1) Clothes racks
2) Under your clothes for large items
3) Shelves for "stuff"
4) Juniors/Young Men's/Maternity (these may only be sorted to groups of 1000s or 100s)

👉🏼If you need to send a proxy to pick up, please make sure they know your Consignor Number and have at least a vague idea of what they're looking for. 😉

💸Try to print & deposit your check (which will be sent before midnight Thursday, March 12th) before you pick up in case you need help so we can troubleshoot in person on Pickup Day. 💸

🚨Remember: You only have 90 days to deposit your commission check and ensure its successful arrival in your account before it expires.🚨

🏦If your bank fusses about accepting the check, there is a phone number☎️ ON THE CHECK for THEM to call, and it is their responsibility as your banker to figure it out. Out of over 1000 of you each sale, there are only ever a few with issues, so it CAN be done! 💪🏼

🧷Wire hangers & safety pins will be available for purchase on a limited basis so you can get a head-start for the fall!🧷

Pay attention to the tags as you're shopping -- MOST items are half-off this weekend, but NOT the ones that say "FULL PRICE" under the barcode! 🏷️

If a tag says "FULL PRICE," believe it! It will NOT be discounted! Now there are some Full Price items that are still fantastic deals and totally worth buying even when you're shopping on discount days, but we don't want you to be surprised at the register.💲

This is when I always like to stock up on next year's sizes for our five kiddos, plus grab a few things just for fun! Who says clothing a bunch of kids has to be expensive?? 😆

Kid's Market has everything you need for infants through teenagers. Gently used clothing in newborn through juniors/young mens, shoes, toys, books, baby gear, furniture, bikes, puzzles, games, feeding accessories, and more!

Kids of all ages are welcome, but for their safety and out of respect for our consignors, please keep them close and don't let them play in the racks or with the toys!👩‍👧‍👦 Feel free to bring snacks and screens to keep them content in a stroller or buggy while you shop. 🍿📱

Hot Tip: Bring a wagon or laundry basket to shop with in case all our buggies are in-use. 🛒💨
