Here are some answers to some FAQ's to go ahead and get on your calendars!
1) Commission Checks - Issued via eCheck by end of day on Thursday, March 12 - We'll send a digital check to the email address on record with your registered consignor account. The estimated earnings report we've been uploading to your portal throughout the sale approximately coincides with the estimated amount of your commission check.
2) Seller Reports - Not yet available for the Spring 2026 sale - Final reports will be generated and uploaded prior to pickup day and will be accessible through your consignor portal.
3) Pickup Day - Friday, March 13, 9a-7p - We'll have your remaining clothes and non-clothing items sorted out for you to pick up between 9:00am and 7:00pm. You are welcome to send a proxy to pick up your items (remember that checks are now emailed, so no checks are picked up on-site), just make sure they know your consignor number and what they need to do. If you do not plan to pick up your items, message us with your consignor number and a "confirm donate" note. NOTE: Juniors/Young Men's & Maternity may not be sorted all the way to your individual number.
4) Fall Sale - Location and dates TBD - We are talking with our current landlord as well as several commercial agents and praying for favor. We realize y'all would like as much heads up as possible to prepare, so we will keep you posted as we know more. Fall sale registration with TBD dates will open in April so you can start printing tags and preparing your items.
