As I was making a delivery this weekend I got my AH-HA moment. The stories I hear from my customers as to why they purchased something pulls at my heartstrings renewing my belief that our common thread is our deep love for our families and those that we have lost. Even though material things get lost or broken it’s the memories we hold close of someone that meant something to us. The smiles I see, the stories I hear remind me of what matters and let’s me know I am going down the right path.
