In the gentle corners of the heart, there are names we never stop whispering—
people who once stood beside us,
laughed with us,
held us in ways only love can.
Even though they’re no longer here, their presence keeps returning
in small, unexpected waves…
a familiar smell, a place they loved, a moment they would’ve smiled at.
Grief doesn’t ask permission; it simply teaches us how deeply we cared.
Some days the missing feels heavy,
other days it feels like a quiet warmth reminding us that love is never wasted.
We don’t move on from the people we lose—
we learn to live with the space they left,
we grow around the absence,
we honor them by carrying forward the parts of them that became a part of us.
Pooh holding that pot, surrounded by friends,
feels like a gentle reminder that love outlives every goodbye.
Those we’ve lost are never truly gone;
they just live differently now—
in our choices, in our strength, in the stories we still tell about them.
When you close your eyes and think of the person you miss most,
which moment of theirs still feels like a warm hand on your heart?
