Please keep in mind that every item is handmade, please allow 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for all orders, as all items are made to order. Once the order is fulfilled and ready to ship, it will typically arrive to your shipping address in approximately 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may differ depending on the weather in the delivery location. Please visit the USPS website for any service alerts and/or changes. A tracking number will be available on the USPS website. An email is automatically sent to the customer from my website once the order is placed. Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate, as information will be emailed to you at this email address. Please open and read the email with your tracking information and contact USPS Customer Service with any questions or concerns about your package. Tracking information is sent to the email provided on your order form on the day that your order ships out NOT on the day that you place your order. Please note that ALL packages now require signature confirmation regardless of the order amount. This step is taken in an effort to reduce fraud and/ or packages from being stolen. Shipping costs are posted directly from the United Postal Service website. I no longer allow pick ups, drop offs, or meet ups. Completing Check out means you agree to sign for your package. Failure to have a signed delivery confirmation ( for example: instructing your mail carrier to “leave if no response”) forfeits any claim for a refund in the event that your item is stolen. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do NOT have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on my behalf. If you provide the wrong size and you are wanting anything remade, I will remake it however you will be responsible for the additional charges. If you are unsure about your sizing please refer to the size chart provided on my website. If the mistake is my wrong doing I will make the necessary changes to correct it immediately. All items are exactly as pictured & described and handmade by me only. NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS. I am not responsible for any information that is misread. I am not responsible for any items once they leave my place of residence and enter into USPS. Please ensure you are providing your correct shipping address. I am not responsible for any incorrect address information that is provided for shipping purposes (example: if you live in an apartment please provide that information).
