So the time has come friends! We are selling Rugged. It’s been an incredible 11 years but I’m tired. I’ve grown it and done with it as much as I can do. It’s time for someone else that has more energy and a better mind than mine to take it to the next level. All remaining equipment, inventory, raws, recipes, media, creative/intellectual properties, etc will come with it. There are a few options and we are open to being creative.
1. Sell everything in one fell swoop.
2. Sell just the equipment off to someone that is growing and looking to expand.
3. Sell just the brand, intellectual properties,and its recipes.
Open to more options. We will work with the right person that wants to continue Rugged. We will set you up to be successful. I will remain committed to the brand in an advisory role for an extended time.
We are grateful for every single customer, community member and community leaders, friend, family member that poured into us and our dream. We could not have had this amazing ride without you. You are the lifeblood of this dream. God is moving us in another direction and we are excited for the future that could be with Rugged in the right hands.
