🌸 NO more hustling and grinding! This mentality has to go, it’s killing you!

🌸 NO more carrying the strong and independent woman mantra like a badge of honor! That energy is killing you!

🌸 NO more operating in the masculine more than your feminine! Change your default setting!

🌸 No more taking pride in being busy! That’s only a distraction from dealing with the real issues.

🌸 NO more “keep going” when you are mentally, physically and emotionally drained!

🌸 NO more not taking the time to grieve when life happens!

🌸 NO more chasing “the bag” or “a coin!” Feminine women attract money we don’t chase it!

🌸 NO more pushing other women to keep standing when their body says otherwise!

🌸 NO more complaining, but not asking for help!

🌸 NO more taking on more than you should!

🌸 NO more putting ANYONE (including your children) before you!

🌸 NO more of not having boundaries!

🌸 NO more of not taking care of your emotional, mental and physical health!

🌸 NO more feeling guilty for not being super woman!

🌸NO more being the president of the I GOT IT ministry!

🌸GIRL, GO SIT DOWN AND LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT!

For centuries the world has been on our backs! We stand for everyone else, but we don’t get the same in return, yet we keep standing! You can not hold space for anyone else if you’re pouring out of an empty vessel!

Doing all of this is killing you! It’s time to recalibrate and balance!
