⭐️Inlet and Old Forge Ace Hardware Department Stores Employee Spotlight! ⭐️

This month’s featured employee is Maria E.!

This month marks Maria’s 10th anniversary at our Inlet store, and we are so grateful to celebrate this milestone with her! Her favorite departments to help customers in are clothing and gifts, and what she enjoys most about working at Ace is seeing familiar faces return and meeting new customers she can help each day.

Maria also loves community events like Christmas on Main Street and Shop with a Cop. One of her favorite memories from working at Ace is when she first started and was welcomed by the team with open arms as they helped her learn her new role.

Originally from Long Island, Maria has called the Inlet/Old Forge area home for the past 13 years. She says she loves coming to work every day because of her coworkers and customers. Maria shared, “Ace reminds me of the show Cheers… where everyone knows your name, and we are all family.” ❤️

⭐️Inlet and Old Forge Ace Hardware Department Stores Employee Spotlight! ⭐️

Hanna has been part of our team for 17 years. Originally from Inlet, she now manages our Old Forge store with dedication and lots of energy.

As Store Manager, Hanna oversees all aspects of daily store operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, supporting our staff, and delivering excellent customer service. She hires, trains and coaches the team at Old Forge Ace Hardware, and manages in-store inventory, merchandising, and promotions.

What Hanna loves most about her job, and what has kept her happy at Ace for 17 years, is the interaction with our customers. She wants every customer to know they will be taken care of the moment they walk through the doors at both the Inlet and Old Forge Ace Hardware stores.

Outside of work, Hanna is a homebody who loves baking whole wheat and Italian breads and spending time with her husband, two dogs and her cat.
