Happy 2024 my friends! As we say goodbye to 2023 I am reminded that while at times it wasn’t the best year of my life it also wasn’t the worst either. Was it hard, of course but not the hardest I have ever faced. I am walking into this new year with the mindset of gratitude and peace. Things could be better sure but they could also be worse. If a situation has no bearing on my life and household directly it will not get a rise out of me as things have in the past. As I am approaching my 46th trip around the sun this year I am choosing to search for the peace over the chaos. May I urge each of you, regardless of what trip around the fireball you are in, to do the same. Life doesn’t have to be about the chaos it needs to be about the happiness of each moment.
Life gave you a blank book and a new pen to start this chapter…make it the best one yet. Be intentional with your happiness and peace this year my friends.
