The City of Irving and Atmos Energy relocated my gas meter for a new side walk without my knowledge and their own plumber turned my gas off. I was assured it would be turned back on once completed. Now they refuse to turn it back on. They are forcing me to get a plumber to check the pressure and City permit and inspector. Bacon plumbing is charging me 900.00 to come and before they will call City for the permit. Again none of this was not of my doing. I can not afford any of this. Is there anyone out there that can help me fight this and get my gas back on? Please help, I am 74 and my back is to the wall.
