One of my favorite customer stories started back in 2017.
A customer found me online and ordered a few custom patches. Nothing huge—just a small order. But then something interesting happened.
The following year, she came back and ordered another patch.
And the year after that... another.
Every single season since 2017, she's returned to add one new patch to what has become the legendary Fantasy Football jacket. Each patch represents another chapter, another season, another memory.
By most business metrics, it's not a big account. But that's exactly why I love it.
It's a reminder that success isn't always measured in order size. Sometimes it's measured in loyalty, tradition, and the relationships built over time.
Nine seasons later, that jacket has become a rolling history of fantasy football victories, heartbreaks, rivalries, and bragging rights—and I've had the privilege of helping tell that story one patch at a time.
It's not quantity. It's quality.
And customers like that are the reason I love what I do.
