Hi all! Jocelyn here! Figured I’d say hello and introduce myself again 🤗 As some of you know, I run FMND solo. From answering emails, to setting up team stores, ordering, production, to packaging & shipping - it is all only me! I want all of you to be happy and thrilled with your orders but I know that when delays happen it can be disappointing. Know I am never trying to do this, but sometimes it does happen and for that I do apologize! I do have some new procedures and some new equipment in the works to prevent the delays in the future. Please be patient while I implement all of this 🥹 I appreciate you all so much and hope you all have the best last few months of the year!
