Open since 2006 we are a run-specialty shop located at 700 Cascadilla Street. We offer a complete line of running shoes, accessories, apparel and nutrition items. Some updates to the Syracuse store hours this week as we head into Labor Day weekend!

I'll be closing a little earlier tonight (6pm) and tomorrow (5:30pm) for some inventory swapping and a very cool group run event in Skaneateles! For the other days: Friday will have regular hours, Saturday going 10am to 4pm, Sunday on regular hours (12pm to 5pm), and Monday just 2pm to 7pm.

Stay tuned for a post with some deals I'm working on for the weekend too!

Some similar, but new, colorways of the ASICS Running Novablast 6 just arrived! I’ve been a big fan of the recent Novablast update (and our August sales say some of you are as well), so we’re adding a new women’s and men’s colorway to the on-hand inventory (1st and 2nd pics respectively).

For my own testing and intrigue, a pair of the new Sonicblast 2 and Yogiri Speed (3rd and 4th pics). Previously, both have been sort of the ugly ducklings out of the Asics lineup that leave them in this weird limbo territory of not being the best in any given category, even within the other models Asics offers. But these updates and tweaks make them options I’m excited to try out.

I’m almost back to regular-run-length again post Achilles rehabbing, so fingers crossed workouts are around the corner for me!

Another fan favorite has been added to our nutrition wall… Science in Sport! (Science in Sport USA)

Similar to Precision, we’ve had a huge ask from Ithaca and Syracuse customers over the last year+ for this, and it’s finally coming together. If you head over to our website (link in bio), I made a survey form you can fill out if you want to request something specific. I’m hoping to have orders put together this weekend and then just a week or so before we get them in-store, so let me know what you want!

I don’t have any specific nutrition promos to post just yet for the fall months coming up, but our 10% off box purchases still applies year round!

Thanks to everyone who came out to run with SYRACUSE RUN CLUB this past Saturday! We were able to giveaway 3 (!) shoes with the help of our Asics, Brooks, and Topo reps. Hopefully we’re able to get some more giveaways like this in the near future!

We have spikes!! Our main xc spike has arrived in almost every size under the sun!

The student athlete promo is still ongoing, so take 20% off of these, new trainers, AND nutrition. Even just electrolytes can go a long way when you’re at a hot early season meet!
