Open since 2006 we are a run-specialty shop located at 700 Cascadilla Street. We offer a complete line of running shoes, accessories, apparel and nutrition items. Ithaca is an amazing place to be, to run, to bike, to swim and most importantly live. Check in with us for a run, an event, or simply advice on where to eat while in town.

Two new ASICS Running Superblast 3 colorways added to the shop, and the Megablast makes its way in for the first time!

Long-time cool-guy, Hunter, just said last weekend that the Megablast is one of his favorite models to do it all in. After trying it back on again, it’s kind of what I thought the Superblast 2 would feel like. A tad softer than Superblast 2, more nimble than v3, but fairly stable for the cushion it has. Really excited for this one!

That blue/green colorway is better than I thought in person, and the white just goes with everything obviously (even if they’ll get a little dirty)!

Be right back as I try to fit some more stuff on the walls!

Slightly less new than the Wave Rider 30s from yesterday, but still a good one! The Mizuno Running USA Neo Zen 2!

To me, it’s rare for a version 2 model to have noticed improvements outside of an upper change/redesign. However, similar to the Vista 3 update, I feel like this one is noticeably more stable and more runnable for me in addition to a better fitting upper on my foot (they also pair pretty well with the Vista colorways too).

Although it was a spring update, we’re glad to see it find its way to the store. Next year looks even better for Mizuno and I don’t know how that’s even possible, but I’m really excited for the direction!

BIG UPDATE ALERT 🚨

All new Mizuno Running USA Wave Rider 30 finally arrives in the store!!

Massive changes here underfoot to the drop, cushion, wave plate; just about everything except the name changes! I think it’s for the better, but I’ve been running in the outgoing model recently, so it’ll be a good test for a review soon.

Check them out in both stores!

We're closing early today in Syracuse to run in the WorkForce 5k at 6:45pm, so aim for any last-minute shopping before our 5:30pm closing time! Apologies for the inconvenience, but it looks like a nice (and hot) evening, so swing by and cheer everyone on!

Also looks like the Twilight 5k () is tonight at 7pm in Ithaca too, so plenty of reasons to be outside tonight! Remember to stay hydrated!!

⚠️IMPORTANT GROUP RUN UPDATE⚠️

I got the okay from to attend The Big Run event tomorrow afternoon, so I'm cancelling our evening run!

Apologies to anyone planning on the evening run timeslot, but the Fleet Feet crew puts on stellar events, and I think it would be really cool to have all Syracuse run/run-adjacent organizations to attend!

I'm still trying to work out what, if anything, I can help out with, but I'll be around to chat for a few miles at the very least.

I'll see you there (and tomorrow morning from the shop)!

Attention all Gorge-ous runners!! If you're running the Ithaca Gorges Half Marathon on Sunday, you can swing by the new location for early packet pickup!

We'll be set up from noon until 6 pm, so plenty of time to come by after work, and our nutrition wall is well stocked. It looks fairly humid for Sunday running in Ithaca, so be sure to plan ahead!
