Meet our team!
Kortney Kincaid - Our awesome Senior Designer and the newest addition to our team!

Kortney was born and raised in Palm Springs, California, where her passion for design took root at an early age. Influenced by her father’s love of building and hands-on creative projects, she developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and thoughtful design. She later pursued her interest professionally at the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, California, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
She moved to Jackson two years where she continued building her experience before joining our team. She enjoys the collaborative nature of the industry and is passionate about transforming ideas into beautiful, functional spaces.
Outside of the studio, Kortney enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with her dog Moose, and floating the river during the summer months!

Stephanie Hill – Our super dedicated Senior Designer who rocks!
Born and raised in the beautiful southeast Idaho, Stephanie spent her childhood by the Snake River, soaking in the chill vibes of rural life and the stunning views that sparked her passion for design that’s both simple and thoughtful. That love for nature still shines through in her work today. With more than 15 years of experience in Interior Design, Stephanie designs sleek yet laid-back interiors. She’s all about crafting spaces that feel cozy and lived-in—all while capturing the amazing scenery around Jackson.
Oh, and here’s a fun tidbit: Stephanie is a huge fan of scuba diving!

Meet our team!
Lauren Flater - AKA the Best Design Assistant Ever!!!
Lauren Flater grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and earned her B.S. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. She first came to Jackson in the summer of 2023 and quickly fell in love with the valley’s beauty and the community's character.
Lauren joined us as an intern that summer and quickly became our Design Assistant. Lauren makes sure our office is in order from managing the library, to processing orders, specifying furniture, and creating our presentation materials. Lauren especially enjoys watching each project come to life—from the initial ideas to the final installation.
In her free time, Lauren embraces the outdoor lifestyle, spending summers hiking in the parks or floating the Snake River, and winters skiing at JHMR.

An unforgettable few days in Mexico City, immersed in creativity, color, and an energy that feels completely alive. From discovering one-of-a-kind pieces that we’re so excited to bring into future projects, to connecting with incredible new vendors and artists, this trip filled our cup in every way.
