We’re looking for a mission-driven professional to join our team as our next
Director of Early Childhood Services.
This leadership role is perfect for someone with experience in Early Childhood programs, general education, or social services—and a strong commitment to trauma-informed care.
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid California driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and fingerprint clearance
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Services, Communications, Social Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• 3+ years of management experience in Early Childhood programs, education, or social services
• Training and/or experience in Trauma-Informed Practices
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with computers (spreadsheets, word processing, internet, email)
