I love her so much.

There’s something about Dolly that has always spoken to me as a leader… her kindness, her wit, her discipline, her sparkle, and the way she chooses goodness without ever confusing goodness for weakness.

One of the things I love most about her is this idea: be kind, choose a good attitude, work hard at it… and still never let people mistake you for a pushover. That balance is powerful. Soft and strong. Generous and clear. Warm, but with boundaries. A girl of many colors.

Always trying to live in her shoes a little more.

Also, thank you to my design team, who somehow never get tired, even after 10 years, of putting my head on various icons and legends to celebrate the moment. 😂 You all are the best.
