The happiest times are surrounded by good people and good music!! The My Peace tour is over it has been a blast. Birmingham sang their face off. Athens came to dance . And Chattanooga came to party!! and I work so hard within our industries, with our kids and businesses; this was a good girlfriends trip. Thank you to for your kindness and professionalism💜. Can’t wait to see what the summer has in store.

Cause the kiddos said I look like Mirabel… The themes within the story of Encanto are seen and felt throughout the film, and each one lends itself to the ultimate solution Mirabel seeks, as well as the solution needed by the entire family–a solution that allows the family to rebuild literally and figuratively. And those same themes can help us as individuals, as communities, and as a society to stay strong and to rebuild as necessary. What are you rebuilding in this season?

To love me is to know how much I respond to patterns, symmetry, and synchronicity. It’s just the way my magical mind works. Well today, while in prayer a very clear message downloaded; “Expand from within”. I envisioned a lilly , buttercup, and tulip as their petals slowly evolve at an appointed time, but not all at once… Although it’s still winter so many of us are being challenged to bloom out of season. The expansion is happening within, your reach is more enormous than you could have ever imagined. This message is not for everyone, but not just for me. 2021 created space for diving deep within. I secretly began seeing a therapist to help sort the many issues weighing on my heart and mind… I began the inner work necessary for becoming my best self. And sought healing desperately needed to live abundantly, happily and freely… During that season, Mama’s Book of Prayers, a prayer guide, journal, and workbook released after seven years. Prompts that were created years prior became the compass for healing… The work is still in progress. The patience I’ve needed of myself is the patience I’m forced to acknowledge needed for others… No more avoidance. Let’s work towards positive evolution. And for those who’ve reached out because you recognize a change, “thank you, bless you”… 😬🤗🤓🤜🏽🤛🏽
