On the machine lately!

I donā€™t know why but the sound of an embroidery machine is so therapeutic to me

Last week I needed a mental break.

I pulled something in my adductor and was barely able to walk. Which makes standing for embroidery a little hard.

AND I was soo anxious for my cardiology appointment today. I broke the biggest rule in the medical world .. do not google. And per Google my echo results said I am in heart failure.

BUT this week Iā€™m walking again with minimal pain, restarting marathon training and getting back to embroidering. AND my cardiologist said I have athletes heart and Iā€™m not dying. I do have to continue to be followed but for now Iā€™m good to go.

And so this week weā€™re getting back to the grind. I have at least 1 Halloween designs to get embroidered. And who knows what else. Let me know if you have any ideas though! I spent so much time stressed out my creative brain is fried.

Back to school is over (at least here) and itā€™s officially TRAINING SEASON!

In honor of starting marathon #3 training today weā€™re holding a sale. Take $10 off any orders over $30! Use code ā€œCHASINGBOSTONā€ on Etsy. Or let me know for porch pick up. Weā€™re speaking big dreams into existence.

Also, added this sweatshirt to the Etsy shop. I live in this thing during the cold months!

Saturday is typically reserved for a long run followed by couch rotting. However, with back to school starting I have a hot date with a silent house and a movie of my choice. So busting out orders today so I donā€™t have to later

Hope everyone has a great Saturday!
