This time last year we were sitting pretty at The Orion Amphitheater for some of the very last Tipper sets we would ever get 😭
For the second year in a row, Tipper & his team enchanted not only his fans but also the entire staff of the ampitheater, eager to see how they would transform the venue this time around.
Even they all knew no one had done it better.
Seriously, the vibes here were immaculate. Made even better by so many oddballs & spunions congregating in one place, just so happy to be there amongst each other. We laughed, we danced, we hugged & we cried.
Truly went through the entire spectrum of emotions at this one. It was more relaxed than The Gorge, more intimate than Red Rocks. It was somewhere in between, yet not quite like either ?¿
This is what we managed to record. Some of our favorite moments we couldn't even capture because we were just too busy living it!¡
Never has there been such a synergy between musicians & VJ's displayed as we had found at Tipper events. They really had a way of curating an event around being a completely immersive experience. We really hope someone will step forward and take on the mantle of this incredible coalescence between art forms, but even then we know it will never be quite the same.
How lucky we are to have lived it at all.
Already planning a part two to this post, just had to share the videos in landscape to show the majesty of the entire ampitheater all lit up 🥲🙏
