VINTAGE RETURNS
All vintage sales purchased in store and online are final. All vintage items are considered used. All used items are not returnable. Vintage items are cleaned within capability. We do not adjust prices for imperfections, which our prices reflect. All of our vintage items are sold "as-is." Any flaws will be carefully noted in the item's description. We provide plenty

Vintage deadstock refers to discontinued lines of unworn or vintage items like clothing and fabric that are no longer available on the market but still have their original tags. SALE RETURNS
Sale, markdown and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. IN STORE PURCHASE
In-store non-vintage purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. In-store purchases need a receipt. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card, E-Gift card, or merchandise credit in the form of person-specific coupon code only, for use at tomatovintage.com only. We have the right to refuse refunds. Returns must be, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your original packing slip with the return. Online purchase returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our flagship location. International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. Orders placed on Instagram are allotted 30 days for returns. For returned items past the 30 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 30 days start from the day the order was received by the customer. The original order's tracking number and delivery confirmation will be used as the start date. So if you receive your order on the 1st, we should receive your return no later than the 30th. The tracking number for your returning shipment. Returning shipments will be rejected without receiving an email request before delivery. Returns older than 35 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. The customer is responsible for return postage. Local Pickup
Online purchases are available for pickup for 24 hours after payment. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Gift card or any of the forms of merchandise credit mentioned before, within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Can I make a return past the 30 day period for store credit? Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 30-day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay an $8 shipping fee to have the items sent back. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. All merchandise bought from Special Events such as Pop-Ups and Trade Shows including but not limited to Indie Flea, Vagabond Flea Market, Rain Dogs Flea Market, and Southern Crossings Antique Mall. Tomato Vintage merchandise purchased on any website other than Tomatovintage.com or on Instagram, such as Depop, eBay, and Poshmark are Not Returnable. This means if you bought it on Depop, EBay, Etsy or Poshmark, it is NOT Returnable. All accessories

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us within the 30-day window. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund in the form of an E-Gift card which can then be used to purchase the alternate size. All defective merchandise, not including vintage items, must be reported within 2 days of receiving the shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns of damaged items please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless notified. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We can provide a return label at your request or you can choose your own method of shipping. We do recommend a trackable method of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
