No matter your reason for getting started on your fitness journey never settle. One must always keep pushing toward the next level, keep improving and making yourself better. Once I made the decision to improve my physique and health other aspects of my life improved and I am a better version of myself. I'm not the best version and I may never be, there is something that be improved on but that's the best part of life is THE CHASE! Chase that goal, chase that dream and above all else chase the thing that ignites your passion.
