It’s official—I’m now a certified Naturopathy Practitioner. 🌿

I’ve spent so many late nights studying and working toward this, and seeing my certificate framed makes it finally feel real.

I’ll begin accepting wellness consultation appointments in mid-August at Salon Rouge Spa in Jefferson. These appointments will be a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk about your wellness goals, lifestyle, and herbal support options.

What if we had a wellness studio with a trained naturopath?

I’ve been considering opening a small Moss & Mist
Wellness Studio for one-on-one herbal education, wellness guidance, and personalized support in a warm, private setting.

This wouldn’t replace medical care, but it would be a place to feel heard, ask questions, and learn more about herbs, teas, supplements, and supportive daily routines.
