**WAYS TO SHOP**

ALBUM SALES:
During Album Sales, I’ll post pictures of the clothing I have for sale in product albums. You can find them by taking these steps:
>> From your phone: Click the Info link at the top, click on the “View all” option for Photos, select the Albums option, scroll through until you find the album you want to shop!
>> From your computer: Click on the Photos link at the top, select Albums, and then shop the albums! When you find something you love, comment on the picture of the item you intend to purchase with one of these phrases:
>> SOLD (if you're first to say sold, it's yours!)
>> SOLD PENDING QUESTION (Ask your question & I'll respond. Based on the response please either confirm SOLD. Or, if you don’t want it, please comment PASS. Please do not delete/edit your comments. If you are the first to comment on a photo, and you comment SOLD PENDING, it is still yours if you confirm your purchase, even if someone comments SOLD after you.)
>> SOLD NEXT (if the first person to comment SOLD does not pay their invoice, or PASSES, then the item will go to the first person to comment SOLD NEXT). If you are planning to use a Game prize winning or a credit you MUST let me know that in your "sold" comment for it to be applied. LIVE SALES:

During Live Sales, I will hold up each piece to the camera and include a number with it. You can watch my video live and claim items as I show them by commenting SOLD and the number associated with the item you wish to purchase (ex: SOLD 234). If you miss the live video, please feel free to watch the replay of the video and claim any items that are still available. Please keep in mind that Facebook Live has a delay, so when you comment, YOU will always see YOUR comment first. I will go back through the videos after the sale and verify who received the item by who’s comment is time stamped first. If you aren’t the first to claim an item, you may still comment SOLD NEXT and the number associated with the piece and if anything falls through with the original buyer, you will be next in line to receive the item. INVOICING:
Invoices will be sent you via the email address you provide and MUST be paid within 24 hours, or the items you claimed will go to the next in line or back into my inventory.

LOVING:
I want you to LOVE the LuLaRoe you buy from me! If for any reason you're not happy, please reach out via email to start an exchange. Exchange requests must be communicated within 7 days of receiving item. You will then have 14 days to pick a new item. Items must be new, unwashed/unworn, SCENT FREE, & tag still attached (leggings come with tag unattached due to the fabric). Buyer pays shipping both ways for exchanges. NOTE: I cannot guarantee to replace or exchange exact items or prints unless I have it in my inventory. One of the unique characteristics of LuLaRoe is its exclusivity in its prints!
