For those of you who are unfamiliar with quilting as a whole, it is NOT a cheap hobby. I personally eat more than half of my labor costs most of the time, I hardly ever ask my worth when people ask me to price them a quilt. Occasionally I will post something I’ve made for the practice or experience at a heavy discount, not near what it’s worth.
This is that wonderful time of year where I begin fielding messages about what a quilt costs. I never charge as much as I should, but please keep this in mind when you see that price tag!
