This is a staple item in my household for a NUMBER of “boo boo’s”🙌🏼 Some include:
•Menstrual Cramps
•Muscle Aches
•Neck Pain

Toss it in the freezer for a cooling pad or in the microwave for heat application! They’re filled with rice that has a lavender essential oil!
***The lavender scent will be more potent within the first few uses due to the scent being heat activated**
