✨Tori✨

Tori is a bride from last October and she was simply stunning in her wedding gown that she got from Annie Lane Bridal. We also redesigned her mother’s old wedding gown into a beautiful short cocktail dress for her to wear at her rehearsal dinner and she wore it into the reception of her wedding!

On Tori‘s wedding gown, we needed to take it in through the sides of the bodice and the hips, I needed to shorten her hem, and we needed to add a beautiful bustle for her first dances.

On her mother‘s gown, we shortened it and redesigned it by shortening the waistline of the gown to get the dress to fit her and adding to the back and building it up. We shaped the bust area, and removed the big puffy sleeves and making them more of a fitted cap sleeve.

Tori looked simply stunning on her wedding day and I always love doing these mother of the bride dress transformations and seeing how happy and memorable the dress will be.

✨Tori✨

Tori is one of my stunning brides that was married back in May this year.

Ford her dress we needed to take it in on the top with included adjusting that folded over neckline and the lace appliqués, the dress needed shortened, and we added a beautiful ballroom style bustle that looks amazing while Tori got to dance away!

Working with Tori was such a pleasure and I am so happy to see that her and her husband had a wonderful wedding. I’m wishing them both all the happiness and love. 🤍

✨Brice✨

Brice is a beautiful bride that came to me with her gorgeous ballgown, very poofy, very huge, very sparkly.✨🩷
She was in need of some alterations and one of them was adding additional boning to her bodice so that the corset could fit seamlessly and hold everything up and in place without the boning bending.
We then also needed to add in her separate glitter layer that came with the dress it was a whole separate skirt that came as an insert that we ended up sewing in.
We needed to shorten and hem the dress, and while trying to avoid removing the appliqué at the bottom, so I ended up shortening some of the layers from the waist and finish it all off.
I gave her a beautiful American style bustle. She needed points underneath for the lining layers to reduce some of the bulk at the waist and then had a points at the waist for the outer lace layer.

Brice was a wonderful bride to work with and I enjoyed all of our appointments near the end. She brought me her fiancé‘s tie and a few shirts of his grandparents of which she wanted me to take parts and pieces of from and put it on the back of the tie to make it something special he could wear on the wedding day. I thought this was the most precious thing that he could do and it turned out fantastic! I’m wishing them both the best and happiest future together!🤍

✨ Brooke ✨

Brooke’s gown was such a beautiful transformation! When she first came in, the dress was fitting quite tightly through the hips and wasn’t laying smoothly the way it should. We carefully let out the hips on this gorgeous lace gown while also taking in the bust to create a closer, more flattering fit. Working through all of the lace appliqués took some extra care, but the results were so worth it. ✨

We also reshaped the back and waist, bringing everything in to contour beautifully through her back and curves. To make her look even more unique, we created detachable off-the-shoulder sleeves using lace from her hem. I absolutely loved this detail—it tied everything together perfectly and gave her two different looks in one dress. 🤍

To finish everything off, we added a lovely traditional-style bustle so she could comfortably enjoy her reception and dancing. Brooke was incredibly kind and such a pleasure to work with. She got married at the end of May and looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day.

✨ Keely ✨

Working on Keely’s gown was such a beautiful experience. For her alterations, we shortened the dress while carefully preserving all of the intricate beadwork, ensuring the design remained seamless and elegant from top to bottom.

We took her bust in significantly to achieve a secure, contoured fit, and lightly refined the neckline to accommodate the amount the bust was taken in. Her straps were adjusted for proper support, and bra cups were added to give her that comfortable, confident feel throughout the day. ✨

We also completed her hem and added a traditional 5-point bustle, allowing her to move effortlessly while still showcasing the beauty of her train. It turned out so clean and elegant—one of my favorite finishing touches on her gown.

Keely was such a joy to work with, and it was an honor helping bring her vision to life. Wishing her and her husband all the very best! 🤍
