We're Hiring at Richie Custom Co! 👕
Do you love being creative, have attention to detail and want to learn? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our custom printing shop!m/retail location.
📍 Location: Kalispell, MT
💰 Pay: $14-17/hour DOE
📆 Hours: flexible but looking to fill-
Tuesday: 1 PM- 5 PM
Wednesday: 1 PM -5 PM
Fridays: 1 PM – 5 PM
Saturdays: 10 AM – 3 PM
Approx 17-20 hours per week
(Possibility of additional hours for the right person!)
🛠️ Job Duties Include:
✨ Front-End & T-Shirt Production
Running the check stand — greeting customers, ringing up sales, and taking custom orders
Folding merchandise and keeping the storefront tidy (dusting, mopping, light cleaning and organizing)
Organizing and folding new inventory as it comes in
Tagging and restocking new products
Customizing tshirts and Tshirt Production
Packaging and prepping orders for pickup or delivery
Other duties as needed
💻 Bonus Opportunity:
If you're comfortable with computers and have an eye for design, there’s potential for extra hours helping with:
Uploading product photos to our website
Creating content for social media
Assisting with online order management
Creating and designing for custom orders
Interested in learning production such as embroidery, printing , laser engraving, sticker production , banners etc
We’re looking for someone dependable, upbeat, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a local business. Prior experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right fit!

Friendly Reminder About AI Artwork- I promise it’s multiple people doing this 😉 ✨

AI-generated artwork may LOOK print-ready, but most files still require professional cleanup before they can be used for apparel printing.

Common issues include:
• blurry or low-resolution images
• backgrounds that aren’t transparent
• distorted lettering/details
• poor scaling for large prints
• colors that don’t print correctly
• artwork that isn’t compatible with screen print, DTF, embroidery, or vinyl

Just because an image looks good on a phone screen does NOT mean it is production-ready.

Graphic cleanup and vector work take real design time to ensure your final product prints cleanly and professionally ❤️

To avoid delays, we highly recommend submitting:
✔ SVG
✔ AI
✔ EPS
✔ PDF Vector Files
✔ 300 DPI Transparent PNGs

Please know if you come to us with ai artwork it will need to be fixed and redesigned at a fee and take a few additional days for turnaround times!
