Fire Horse 🔥

This piece stopped us in our tracks the moment it arrived.

Created by Kanab artist Marc Supancich, “Fire Horse” is his tribute to the Year of the Horse — but it feels like much more than a calendar or symbol. It carries movement, instinct, spirit… a kind of ancient remembering. The markings, the heat in the color, the quiet power in the stance — it feels alive, like it’s walking between worlds.
purplethistle has a way of listening to something deeper and translating it into form. Not forcing meaning, but allowing it to emerge. You can feel the reverence in his lines, the intuition in his hand, the connection to something spiritual and untamed.

We’re constantly in awe of the artists we get to share space with — and this piece is a reminder of what happens when someone creates from that place of devotion, presence, and trust.

MEET THE ARTIST THIS WEEKEND!!! 🤩 We are super excited to announce that Utah’s very own artist Wil Adams, will be joining us here at this weekend revealing 12 new original works of art! Unfortunately for Wil, he was on his way to the Sedona art festival, which he was accepted to this weekend, but was canceled due to severe weather. We were elated that Wil decided to join us instead of heading home and we cannot wait to share his artwork with all of you! Spirit of the Season

This piece I designed, is a reflection of the cycles that shape us— I think mostly inspired by the arrival of Spring, which holds a very dear place in my heart. It is a visual meditation of the turning of the seasons, the shifting of light, the quiet wisdom of nature. The central figure, reminiscent of Kachina symbolism, embodies the spirit of transformation, a guardian of the ever-moving wheel of time, and the cycles which we are constantly moving through.

Each color, each line speaks to the harmony of the elements—earth’s grounding presence, water’s fluid renewal, fire’s vital energy, and air’s unseen breath of change. The sun radiates at the top, a beacon of life and illumination, while the surrounding mandala blooms like nature, always unfolding in its perfect rhythm.

Like the seasons, we are always in motion—growing, shedding, resting, becoming. This is a tribute to that sacred cycle, to the beauty of change, and to the unseen forces that guide us through each phase of life.
