I require 50% upfront before I will start designing your custom item(s). The remainder is due at pick up. I accept Cash App ($PRESSDbyHeat), Venmo () and cash payments.

~PLACING ORDERS~
I will not respond to any inquiries through my personal social media accounts. Please messag

e me here on my business page or send an email to [email protected] for inquiries and to place an order.

~RUSH ORDERS~
I will accept rush orders at my discretion and if my availability allows. Any order needed within 48 hours is considered rush. All rush orders will be an additional $10.

~BULK ORDERS~
Please places orders of 10+ items in advance. These orders will take 7-10 business days.

~PICK UP/SHIPPING INFO~
Items can be picked up at my house at an agreed upon time. I will deliver up to 20 miles for an additional fee of $5. Shipping is available. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost. I will send designs and get your approval before making anything. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

-RESPONSE TIME-
In order to have better time management and get more done in the day, I will only respond to messages at certain times. I will check messages in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I will no longer respond to messages after 5pm on weekdays until the next morning.

-PAYMENT-
I do not make anything before payment is received. That includes a mock up design. I will always send a picture of the design for approval before printing so you can see it.

-TURNAROUND TIME-
ALL orders will be ready for pick up OR be shipped within 5-7 BUSINESS days of when payment is received. Example - you messaged to order today & made payment today(10/8), your order will be ready no later than 10/19.

-INVOICE POLICY-
I delete invoices that are not paid within 24 hours. Please reorder if this applies to you.

-RUSH ORDERS-
Rush order fee is an ADDITIONAL $20. This applies to anything needed in less than the 5-7 business day standard.
