A very fun dress for the most fun client!
Reba came in with her dress a few sizes too big, but left with it fitting like a glove. We removed A LOT of appliqué and took in over 3 inches on each side ➡️ swipe for the progress pics!
Other alterations included: adjusting the straps, reshaping and taking in the hips, adding new cups, hemming, and of course, adding a bustle.
Thanks to Reba and , the studio also has some cute new plants 🪴 ❤️

When I moved to NYC, meeting Gaby was one of the best parts. I have looked up to her in so many ways, and I am so grateful I got to customize this top for her special day🩷
The skirt is from her mom’s wedding dress, and we tied it together by adding the lace from it as a trim on the bodice!

Miss Olivia!! Olivia found me 2 weeks before her wedding when her first dress didn’t work out. Although finding a new dress and getting it altered so close to the wedding can be extremely stressful, every time she showed up at my studio she had a smile on her face. Kyra started out thinking she wanted a casual dress for her backyard wedding, but when wedding week got here, she knew she needed to find THE dress. I was so happy to be able to accommodate this quick turnaround for such a sweet bride. From taking in the sides to cutting off the train, we made it exactly what she wanted for her beautiful day.

The most perfect dress for Sophia!
Sophia heard about me from a past client and was so sweet to make a 2.5-hour drive to work with me. She was also my first client in my KC studio!
Although her dress was “custom fit,” we still needed alterations to make it her own! To get this gorgeous gown to fit her like a glove, we:
- Took in the sides
- Added cups for fullness
- Cut down and reshaped the edges on the pointed sweetheart neckline for a more flattering fit
-Hemmed
-Bustled

Savanna is stunning in this gorgeous gown 😍. Beyond the usual alterations, we added some custom touches - cutting down and smoothing out the back, adjusting the sleeves for a softer and more secure shape, and tailoring the overskirt for a perfect fit during the ceremony. The end of wedding season is finally here!
When I decided to move to Kansas City this year, I was nervous about trying to reopen my business in a bigger city, with fewer connections, and many more competitors. It turned out to be the best decision I have ever made. From March to now, I have had the most amazing experiences with my clients, bridal shops, and KC itself. Although I became so busy that social media was put on the back burner🫣, I’m so excited to finally start sharing some of my many brides from this year!
THANK YOU with all of my heart to all of my brides and bridal shops. I couldn’t get to do my dream job every day without you all 🩷
