I’m learning to play the singing bowl and today, I was called to play my singing bowl for the heart chakra.
And within every vibration, I felt the presence of daughters.
The motherless daughters.
The daughters with absentee mothers.
The daughters who searched for their worth
in places their mother never poured love into.
The daughters who vowed
they would never become their mothers.
The daughters afraid to become mothers at all,
fearful of repeating inherited pain.
The daughters grieving mothers
who are still living, yet emotionally unreachable.
I felt the daughters blessed with loving mothers,
the kind whose love feels like warmth and safety.
The daughters whose mothers are their best friends.
The daughters who still call home
just to hear her voice.
I felt the daughters who miss their mothers.
Who mourn their mothers.
Who carry their laughter, wisdom, and spirit
like sacred heirlooms within their soul.
The daughters who know
their mother would have been the most beautiful grandmother.
Today, this sound healing is for every daughter.
Every wound.
Every memory.
Every version of love and loss carried in the heart.
May the vibrations of the heart chakra
reach the places within you still aching.
May they bring comfort to your grief,
softness to your spirit,
and love to the parts of you
that have felt empty for far too long.
May your heart be held gently today.
May you be reminded
that regardless of your story with motherhood,
you are worthy of compassion, peace, healing, and deep love.
Happy Mother’s Day to every woman
walking through motherhood, daughterhood, healing, grief, and remembrance in her own way. 🤍
