I'm ending my carnivore diet early and here's why... πŸ‘‡

- could never get "full"
- only saw weightloss results the first week
- expensive
- didn't feel as strong in the gym compared to when I was eating carbs

I'm sure it works for some people, but with my lifting intensity and caloric needs, the benefits were almost completely minimized.

And I craved potatoes...all the time. 🀣

So here's what I've been doing lately... πŸ‘‡

13-Week Program:
6 weeks endurance training
4 weeks strength training
3 weeks hypertrophy training

Bench press max increased by 25lbs.
Incline bench max increased by 30lbs.
Squat max increased by 20lbs.
Tricep pushdown max increased 20lbs.
Shoulder press max increased by 10lbs.
Leg extension max increased by 35+lbs.

Total tonnage increase of 140lbs in 3 months. πŸ’ͺ

If you told 360lb me that I'd be CHOOSING to do 45 minutes of cardio with 1 minute intervals of jogging every 5 minutes, I would have said you're smoking crack.

I hadn't ran in YEARS, but recently started incorporating interval jogging into my cardio routine and I absolutely love it.

But still, if you see me running outside of a gym setting, you should probably start running too...🀣🀣
