Big news, friends! ✨
After 11 wonderful years serving brides, grooms, families, planners, and vintage-lovers across Mid-Missouri…Pretty Little Things is officially entering a new chapter.
I’ve made the decision to sell the business, and our beloved collection of vintage decor & furniture will be moving to Kansas City, with two incredible sisters stepping in as the new owner and operators. They will make this business their own and continue giving these pieces the love, care, and celebrations they deserve.
This decision comes with all the feelings - but above everything else, I feel proud. Proud of this magnificent business I’ve built and created over the years. What started from nothing, turned into something bigger than I ever dreamed.
Secondly, I’m so grateful for my couples, vendors who have become friends, and the creative community near and far: thank you for 11 years of trust, joy, hard work, and countless “I do’s.” You helped me shape this business into something truly beautiful.
As for me, I’m also stepping into a new season.
This transition allows me to focus more intentionally on my family and pour my creativity into Charm and Patina, my vintage shop that so many of you have supported and watched grow the last two years. It feels like the right moment to shift my energy toward what matters most at home, while still staying rooted in the vintage world I love.
While Pretty Little Things won’t be serving Mid-Missouri the way it once did, I hope you’ll join me in cheering on the new owner as they bring this collection to Kansas City. I truly believe the business will shine in its new home.
Thank you for 11 unforgettable years. This isn’t goodbye - it’s a heartfelt thank you and a celebration of everything still ahead.
Stay tuned as we introduce you to the new owner and share more details of the big move to KC! For any confirmed 2026 clients, we’ll be in touch soon with details to make sure you’re well taken care of during the transition.
Sincerely, your favorite vintage-loving, wedding gal - Courtney 🤍
