Kim and Laura have really been busy piecing the quilt tops! They give them to me to quilt and bind. I recently got a new machine to help with quilting. I only have a table top frame but I have done pretty well with it. I still have about 13 more to do. I think they are trying to keep me out of trouble.

Now I can’t show another t-shirt quilt made for another cousin as he graduated from high school. This wonderful basketball player had to have it a little longer since he is over 7 ft tall. Good luck at Clemson!

Christmas gifts for the grandkids. Popsi had passed in June and I was asked to make bears from some of his t-shirts. I added his name and a heart in his memory and reduced to pocket size so it could remind them of his favorite shirts. I also added a bow tie for the little boy and a lace collar for the little girl. “Keeping Memories Alive”

I was given this old quilt belonging to the person’s grandmother. Many of the squares were made from feed sacks as was the back. I worked to repair/replace about 26 of the squares mostly done by hand. I also fixed the border which had some major issues and replaced the binding on the edges. “Keeping memories alive”
