Hopefully you all understand why we, as a company, can not and do not, accept any returns. We CAN hunt down your receipt for you as most toy companies have a warranty policy and they will send you new product. Its nothing personal...its business. We understand its frustrating to get something that doesnt work, but it also means you were trying to use it. Hence the no returns.
For exceptional warranties, stop by and grab a Maia toy! They have LIFETIME warranties! Satisfyer has a 15 year warranty and most of the others are 1 year. Thank you all for reading and again, hope you understand.
