🍠 NC Sweetpotato Festival Information 🍠

As a friendly reminder, we wanted to bring to your attention the guidelines and regulations that will be strictly enforced by law enforcement at the Sweetpotato Festival:
🍻 Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in designated areas managed by Nam Vets, and will only be available for purchase starting at 6 pm on Friday, May 15 and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16. Please refrain from consuming alcohol outside of these designated zones.
🎭 Face Coverings: While we encourage the use of face masks for COVID-19 precautions, please note that full face coverings that obscure one's face completely are not allowed for safety and security reasons.
🔫 Fi****ms: Open carrying and concealed carrying of fi****ms are strictly prohibited, unless a valid carry permit is presented.
🪑 We encourage you to bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the music and festivities on Main Street!
❗️ Please note that coolers are not allowed, but there will be a beer tent managed by Nam Vets. Please drink responsibly and have a designated driver.
🌟 We hope you don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the live music at the Bailey Sweetpotato Festival! It promises to be an unforgettable experience. See you there!
🚗No privately owned golf carts allowed!
🐕Dogs are permitted on a leash and must clean up after them.

Any individuals found violating these guidelines will be approached by law enforcement and asked to rectify the situation. Non-compliance with lawful orders may result in removal from the festival grounds, with no re-entry permitted.
