My right foot is hurting so bad today. Oh, this is awful. I can't even tell anyone. At home I have a porch glider, a rocking chair, and pacing to alternate my autistic stemming to keep from hurting myself. I also take a medication 💊 for neuropathy which has always kept my right foot from hurting. I have been denied that medication every since I entered the bop add that to the increased amount of time I spend pacing which is pretty much constantly since there's nothing available for rocking and I'm seriously hurting 🙃. If I told anyone they would simply say, well stop all that walking. Stemming for an autistic person is as necessary for survival as breathing is to a neuro typical person. You wouldn't tell someone to stop breathing because it hurt. No, because they would die.
