Hi! To start, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. Whether you’re committed to booking a hunt, becoming a member, or not... something about us has sparked your interest to be here.
I’m Mackensie Bannister. Owner and founder of S+R. I’ve spent my life hunting alongside my dad, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was a hobby that became a passion, that led me to my husband, and now completely consumes my life. I wouldn’t have it any other way. This space is so important to me. I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and safe - especially when you’re embarking on your dream hunt(s). I’m so excited to create this environment for all of us like minded ladies to bond and grow together within the hunting and wildlife industry! I’m here to give you the tools and to help you independently navigate this industry and the field, with confidence. I sincerely hope that we can adventure together soon!

• I probably should have always known that I’d be a business owner… I never danced well to the beat of someone else’s drum… 😆

• Being on/in any type of body of water is my ultimate happy place
• SAHM Girl mom 🎀 I hear mom 150x before 9am, usually, completely ~overstimulated~ but I love being a mom. It comes first.
• Ranch wife & ranch life
• Traveling and new places is my favorite
• Extremely Type A. Major planner and organizer.
• I love, love, love to dance 💃🪩 so, SCI in Nashville is my jam
• Music lover of all different genres, but of course, country music (the good kind) + red dirt country always takes the cake
• Extremely outgoing and I love to meet new people and make new friends!
